Ingredients

1 pound bulk Italian sausage2/3 cup chopped onion5 cups water2 medium zucchini, sliced1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce3/4 cup uncooked orzo pasta1 envelope au jus gravy mix1 tablespoon dried basil2 teaspoons dried oregano

Preparation

In a Dutch oven, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
