Ingredients

2 cups diced seedless watermelon3/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion3/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro2 teaspoons brown sugar1 garlic clove, minced1/2 teaspoon saltTortilla chips

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Drain if necessary before serving. Serve with chips.
