Ingredients

1 red snapper fillet (3/4 pound), cut in half3/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning1/8 teaspoon salt1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes and green chiles2 tablespoons chopped onion2 tablespoons chopped celery1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley1/8 teaspoon celery seed

Preparation

Sprinkle both sides of red snapper with lemon-pepper and salt. Place in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish.

Combine the tomatoes, onion, celery, parsley and celery seed; spoon over snapper.

Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
