Ingredients

2 cups thinly sliced radishes1/2 cup cubed Swiss cheese2 green onions, thinly sliced1 garlic clove, minced1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper3 tablespoons olive oilLeaf lettuce

Preparation

In a bowl, combine radishes, cheese and onions. In a small bowl, combine garlic, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; whisk in oil until smooth.

Pour over radish mixture; toss to coat. Chill for 2 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
