Ingredients

1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch wedges1 tablespoon vegetable oil1 can (16 ounces) baked beans1 package (10 ounces) frozen corn2 teaspoons vinegar1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Preparation

In a saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Add beans and corn; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir in vinegar and hot pepper sauce.
