Ingredients
1 pound fresh or frozen sugar snap peas1 tablespoon butter1 garlic clove, minced3/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
In a skillet, bring peas and 1/2 cup water to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and cook until tender, 6-7 minutes. Drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until well-coated, 2-3 minutes.
