4 cups fresh baby spinach1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms3 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon cider vinegar1/2 teaspoon dried basil1/2 teaspoon minced garlic1/4 teaspoon sugar1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon dried thyme1/8 teaspoon pepperDash crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
In a salad bowl, combine spinach and mushrooms. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients; shake well. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
