Ingredients

4 cups fresh broccoli florets1 tablespoon butter, melted1 tablespoon grated lemon zest1 tablespoon lemon juice1 garlic clove, minced1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted

Preparation

Place broccoli in a steamer basket; place in a large saucepan over 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the butter, lemon zest, juice, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper. Add broccoli and pine nuts; toss to coat.
