Ingredients

2 cups torn red leaf lettuce1 small tomato, cut into wedges4 cucumber slices, halved2 radishes, sliced1 red onion slice, quartered2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheeseDRESSING:1 tablespoon red wine vinegar2 teaspoons water2 teaspoons olive oil1 garlic clove, minced1/4 teaspoon sugar1/8 teaspoon saltDash pepper

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, radishes, onion, olives and feta cheese. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
