Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil3 tablespoons lime juice2 tablespoons honey1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper1 bunch kale (about 12 ounces), trimmed and chopped (about 14 cups)1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted1/2 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk the first 5 ingredients. Place kale in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Top with remaining ingredients.
