Ingredients
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk2-1/4 cups sweetened shredded coconut2-1/4 cups coarsely chopped dates1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts3/4 cup dried cherries3/4 cup dried cranberries3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
Bake until light brown, 8-10 minutes. Cool on pans 5 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool. Store in an airtight container.
