Ingredients
3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries1 cup chopped dried apricots1/2 cup chopped dates1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup cider vinegar1/2 cup light corn syrup3/4 cup packed brown sugar1 tablespoon grated orange zest3/4 cup orange juice1/2 teaspoon ground mustard1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation
In a large heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until thickened and cranberries have popped.
Chill. Serve as an accompaniment to turkey or pork.
