Ingredients
2 large eggs, beaten4 cups cooked wild rice2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 cup dry bread crumbs1 cup finely chopped onion1/2 cup all-purpose flour1-1/4 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon rubbed sage3/4 teaspoon pepper1 pound uncooked lean ground beef
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
Firmly press into a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 70 minutes. Cover with foil during the last 15 minutes if the top is browning too quickly.
