2 cans (15 ounces each) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained1 can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast1-1/3 cups fat-free milk1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles, drained1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro1 tablespoon dried minced onion1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon ground cumin1 teaspoon dried oregano6 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
Preparation
In a large saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Top servings with sour cream.
