Ingredients
8 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped6 tablespoons butter, cubed2 large eggs, room temperature1/2 cup sugar3 teaspoons vanilla extract1 cup all-purpose flour1/4 teaspoon saltFILLING:1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened3 ounces white baking chocolate, melted and cooled1 large egg, room temperature, lightly beaten1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup sour cream1 teaspoon vanilla extractTOPPING:1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed4 ounces white baking chocolate, melted and cooled1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate and butter at 70% power; stir until smooth. Cool.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until lemon-colored. Beat in melted chocolate mixture and vanilla. Combine flour and salt; beat into egg mixture. Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish; set aside.
For filling, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese and white chocolate. Beat in egg, sugar, sour cream and vanilla just until combined. Carefully spread over bottom layer. Cut through filling with a knife to swirl.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
Just before serving, fold whipped topping into white chocolate. Fold in strawberries; spread over dessert. Cut into squares. If desired, top with additional fresh strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers.
