Ingredients
1/4 cup maple syrup1/4 cup honey1/4 cup packed brown sugar2 tablespoons peanut butter1 large egg white1 tablespoon evaporated milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 cups old-fashioned oats1-1/2 cups crisp rice cereal1/2 cup vanilla or white chips1/2 cup dried cranberries1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the maple syrup, honey, brown sugar, peanut butter, egg white, evaporated milk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Combine the flour, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into maple syrup mixture. Fold in the oats, cereal, vanilla chips, cranberries and walnuts.
Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
