Ingredients

2 tablespoons water2 garlic cloves, minced8 cups fresh spinach (about 6 ounces)3/4 cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained1/8 teaspoon saltDash cayenne pepperDash ground nutmeg

Preparation

Place water, garlic and spinach in a large skillet. Cook, covered, over medium heat just until tender, 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
