Ingredients

2 cups uncooked whole wheat bow tie pasta1 small onion, chopped1 small sweet red pepper, chopped1 tablespoon olive oil1 garlic clove, minced1-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream1/4 cup fat-free milk1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon1/2 teaspoon dried thyme2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese2 teaspoons minced chives

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, saute onion and red pepper in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in the chicken, sour cream, milk and seasonings; heat through. Drain pasta; stir into skillet. Sprinkle with cheese and chives.
