Ingredients

3 bunches watercress, trimmed (about 10 cups)4 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned1/4 cup olive oil3 tablespoons orange juice2 teaspoons grated orange zest1/2 teaspoon lemon juice1/4 teaspoon sugar1/8 teaspoon saltDash pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine watercress and oranges. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat.
