Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry4 ounces fat-free cream cheese1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard1 teaspoon minced garlic3/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce1/4 teaspoon saltAssorted fresh vegetables
Preparation
In a large saucepan, combine the first eight ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 7-8 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve warm with vegetables.
