Ingredients

2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour1/3 cup sugar1 tablespoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt1 jar (12 ounces) orange marmalade1 cup orange juice3 tablespoons canola oil1 large egg1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine the marmalade, orange juice, oil and egg; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in walnuts. Pour into three greased 5-3/4x3x2-in. loaf pans.

Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
