Ingredients
2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast2 celery ribs, finely chopped1 medium tart apple, diced1 cup seedless red grapes, halved1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise2 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, diced8 whole wheat pita pocket halves2 cups fresh baby spinach
