Ingredients
1 package (22 ounces) frozen waffle fries10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled3 green onions, sliced1 can (6 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped2/3 cup salsa1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1-1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheeseSour cream
Preparation
Bake fries according to package directions. Transfer to a 10-in. cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet. Top with the bacon, onions, olives, tomatoes, salsa and cheeses. Return to the oven until cheese is melted, 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
