Ingredients

4 large eggs1-1/2 cups sugar1/4 cup butter, melted1-1/2 tablespoons cider or white vinegar1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, butter, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes.
