Ingredients
1-1/2 pound ground venison1 medium onion, chopped1 can (16 ounces) pork and beans, undrained1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 can (15-1/2 ounces) great northern beans, rinsed and drained1 cup ketchup1/3 cup packed brown sugar6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled2 tablespoons white vinegar1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
Preparation
In a large skillet, cook venison and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to a 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
