Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Chik’n Strips

1/2 c. olive oil vinaigrette salad dressing

2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 large sweet onion

1 tsp. sugar

1 red pear

6 c. mesclun or torn mixed spring greens

1/4 c. walnut pieces

1/4 c. crumbled gorgonzola cheese

Preparation

Step 1In small bowl stir together salad dressing and basil. Set aside.Step 2In large nonstick skillet heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Stir in onion and sugar. Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Stir in pear slices, Chik’n Strips, and remaining oil. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.Step 3Meanwhile, arrange mesclun on 4 serving plates. Top with pear mixture. Sprinkle with walnuts and cheese.
