Ingredients

3 tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp. rice vinegar

1 tsp. toasted sesame oil or sesame seeds

tsp. crushed red pepper

1/2 c. slivered sweet onion

1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger root

2 tsp. Bottled minced garlic

1 tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil

2 c. Cut-up fresh vegetables

1 package cooked whole grain brown rice or cooked long grain rice

1 1/2 c. Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Veggie Steak Strips

Preparation

Step 1In small bowl stir together soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper. Set aside.Step 2In large nonstick wok or frying pan stir-fry onion, ginger root, and garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds.Step 3Stir in vegetables. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
