Ingredients

1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms1 medium zucchini, sliced1 medium yellow summer squash, sliced1 small onion, chopped1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Serve with a slotted spoon.
