Ingredients

4 cups shredded green cabbage1 cup shredded red cabbage1 medium green pepper, chopped1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped4 green onions, finely choppedDRESSING:1 cup reduced-fat sour cream3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar1 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon salt3/4 teaspoon celery seed1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the cabbages, peppers and onions. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture;toss to coat. Serve immediately.
