Ingredients
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon warm milk (70° to 80°)1 egg1 tablespoon butter, softened2 tablespoons brown sugar1-1/2 teaspoons salt1/3 cup cornmeal3 cups bread flour4-1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion1-1/2 teaspoons celery seed3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage1/2 teaspoon pepper2-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Preparation
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available.
Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed).
