6 ounces fresh baby spinach (about 7 cups) 1/4 pound sliced deli smoked turkey, cut into strips2/3 cup sliced baby portobello mushrooms1 hard-boiled large egg, chopped1/3 cup sliced red onion1/4 cup walnut halves1/4 cup dried cranberries4-1/2 teaspoons olive oil1 tablespoon maple syrup1-1/2 teaspoons finely chopped shallot1-1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard1 small garlic clove, minced

Preparation

In a large salad bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat.
