Ingredients
1 small onion, finely chopped1/4 cup dry bread crumbs1 teaspoon rubbed sage1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon pepper1 pound lean ground turkey2 teaspoons canola oil
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours.
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add patties; cook until a thermometer reads 165°, 6-7 minutes on each side.
