Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 large onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced1 can (16 ounces) baked beans1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained1/2 cup ketchup2 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoons molasses1 tablespoon red wine vinegar1 teaspoon prepared mustard1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a large skillet, cook the turkey, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
