Ingredients
2-1/2 cups small pasta shells, cooked and drained1 can (5 ounces) light tuna in water, drained and flaked1 large carrot, shredded1/4 cup chopped onion3/4 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup 2% milk1 tablespoon lemon juice2 teaspoons prepared mustard1 teaspoon dill weed1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper Snipped fresh dill, optional
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tuna, carrot and onion. Combine remaining ingredients; whisk until smooth. Pour over pasta mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. If desired, garnish with fresh dill.
