Ingredients

1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup mayonnaise1 tablespoon whole milk1 teaspoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 teaspoon onion salt1/8 teaspoon pepper10 slices whole wheat bread2-1/2 cups finely shredded lettuce

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. On five slices of bread, layer 1/2 cup lettuce and about 1/4 cup tuna mixture; top with remaining bread.
