Ingredients
1 large egg, lightly beaten1/2 cup dry bread crumbs1/2 cup finely chopped celery1/3 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup finely chopped onion2 tablespoons chili sauce1 pouch (6.4 ounces) light tuna in water2 tablespoons butter4 hamburger buns, split and toastedOptional: Lettuce leaves and sliced tomato
Preparation
Mix the first 6 ingredients; fold in tuna. Shape into 4 patties.
In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Cook patties until lightly browned, 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve on buns. If desired, top with lettuce and tomato.
