Ingredients
1 medium firm banana, sliced2 tablespoons lemon juice3 cups shredded cabbage1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained1 celery rib, chopped1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained1/2 cup golden raisins1 cup (8 ounces) lemon yogurt1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
In a small bowl, toss banana slices and lemon juice. In a large serving bowl, combine the cabbage, pineapple, celery, oranges and raisins. Drain bananas; discard juice. Add bananas, yogurt, walnuts and salt to cabbage mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
