Ingredients

8 cups torn mixed salad greens1 small cucumber, thinly sliced3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed2 green onions, sliced1 celery rib, slicedDRESSING:1/4 cup canola oil3 tablespoons white wine vinegar1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon dried oregano1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine greens, cucumber, peas, onions and celery. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until blended. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
