3 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) fire-roasted diced tomatoes with garlic, undrained2 medium red onions, chopped1 large apple, peeled and chopped1 cup golden raisins3/4 cup cider vinegar1/2 cup packed brown sugar1 tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeno pepper1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro2 teaspoons curry powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground allspiceBaked pita chips

Preparation

Combine the first 11 ingredients in a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Cook, uncovered, on high 5-6 hours or until thickened. Serve warm with pita chips.
