Ingredients
1/4 cup red wine vinegar1 shallot, finely chopped1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1/3 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients. Slowly add olive oil while whisking constantly. Stir in pecans just before serving.
