Ingredients

2 large eggs1 medium onion, finely chopped1 envelope taco seasoning1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper2 pounds ground beefTaco sauce, optional

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Add beef; mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan.

Bake at 400° for 14-18 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Serve with taco sauce if desired.
