Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) angel hair coleslaw mix1 medium sweet red pepper, finely chopped1 medium green pepper, finely chopped1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped3 green onions, chopped1/4 cup white wine vinegar2 tablespoons lime juice2 teaspoons canola oil1 teaspoon sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Place the first 5 ingredients in a large serving bowl. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over coleslaw mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
