Ingredients
1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar1-1/2 cups cider vinegar3 medium green peppers, chopped3 medium sweet red peppers, chopped3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped1 medium onion, chopped1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until thickened. Cool.
Pour into a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until chilled.
