Ingredients

4 frozen Sister Schubert’s® Dinner Yeast Rolls

Melted unsalted butter, for brushing rolls

1/4 c. mayonnaise 

1 tbsp. chopped cilantro

3/4 tsp. chipotle in adobo sauce

1/4 tsp. sweet paprika

8 to 12 thin slices cooked turkey breast

1/2 c. leftover stuffing

1/2 c. leftover cooked green beans, sliced in half if whole

1/2 c. leftover whole cranberry sauce

1/2 c. leftover roasted sweet potato or squash, cubed if in wedges

Preparation

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350° with a rack in the middle. Arrange rolls on a rimmed baking sheet and brush lightly with butter. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Let cool.Step 2Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise with the chipotle, cilantro, and paprika.Step 3Using a serrated knife, slice off the top third off each roll. Spread the chipotle mayonnaise on cut sides of the rolls. Step 4Fill with the turkey, stuffing, green beans, cranberry, and sweet potato. Close the sandwich and serve.
