Ingredients
1/4 cup canola oil2 green onions, chopped2 tablespoons rice vinegar1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro1 tablespoon lime juice1 garlic clove, minced1 teaspoon grated lime zest1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper2 pounds cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add the shrimp; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Drain and discard marinade; arrange shrimp on a serving plate.
