Ingredients

1 large egg white, lightly beaten1/2 cup oat bran1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/4 cup finely chopped onion3 tablespoons ketchup2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 garlic clove, minced1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard1/4 teaspoon celery salt1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage1/4 teaspoon pepper1 pound ground turkey

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey. Add turkey; mix lightly but thoroughly. Pat into a loaf in an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 165°, 50-60 minutes.
