Ingredients

3/4 to 1 cup white vinegar1/2 cup ketchup2 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce1 garlic clove, minced1 teaspoon ground mustard1 teaspoon paprika1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper2 pounds pork spareribs1 tablespoon canola oil

Preparation

Combine the first 9 ingredients in a 3-qt. slow cooker. Cut ribs into serving-sized pieces; brown in a skillet in oil. Transfer to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until tender.
