Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced and cooked1/2 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, thinly sliced1 can (8 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained1/2 cup Thousand Island salad dressing2 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley1 tablespoon dried minced onion1/2 to 1 teaspoon caraway seeds3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
