Ingredients

1/2 cup refrigerated sugar cookie dough3 ounces cream cheese, softened2 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 medium tart apple, thinly sliced1 tablespoon chopped unsalted peanuts1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping, warmed

Preparation

Pat cookie dough onto a 7-1/2-in. pizza pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Spread over crust. Arrange apple slices on top. Sprinkle with peanuts and cinnamon; drizzle with caramel topping. Cut into wedges.
