Ingredients

1 pound ground beef1 package (9 ounces) iceberg lettuce blend2 medium tomatoes, chopped1 cup sliced green onions1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend8 cups corn chips, coarsely crushed1 cup green goddess salad dressing1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain and cool slightly.

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Add the beef, beans, cheese and corn chips. Drizzle with salad dressing; toss to coat. Dollop with sour cream. Serve immediately.
